PAYMENT METHODS
▪ CASH ON DELIVERY
Pay upon delivery of your order at your place. Cash on delivery in Greece is free. Cash on delivery is not supported for orders with Box Now shipping method.
▪ DEBIT / CREDIT CARD
Payment options via credit, debit, and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners.
For purchases with your credit card from €150 to €299.99, you can choose up to 3 interest-free installments, and for purchases over €300, up to 6 interest-free installments.
TRANSACTION SECURITY
All payments made using a card are processed through the "Nexi e-Commerce" electronic payment platform of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and use TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches the specified recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Shipments are made with "General Post Office", "Courier Center", "ACS", "Speedex".
- Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days.
- For orders of €50 and above, shipping is free.
- For orders below €50, shipping costs €4.99.

You can choose to pick up your order from one of our stores:

Shipments are made with "General Post Office" with the option of Standard or Express.
- Orders are delivered within 7-10 working days.
- For orders of €50 and above, shipping is free.
- For orders below €50, shipping costs €6.
- Orders are delivered within 2-4 working days.
- Shipping costs €12.
