Product Returns:
Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Every exchange must be accompanied by the order code, and the product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Exchanges can be made on all products, including those on sale.

Returned products must not have been worn and must be returned with the packaging and the original tags still attached. In the case of returning shoes, they must not have been worn outside and must be returned with the company's box in its original condition along with the internal packing. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.
To arrange the collection of the products you wish to return, after contacting us, please call the courier company GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI and send the parcel with recipient billing. Note: If you are returning a defective product, you will not be charged for shipping costs; if you are returning it simply because you changed your mind, then the shipping costs will be deducted from your credit.
If you do not wish to purchase a replacement item at this time, a credit will be created which you can use within 90 days to make a new purchase.
- For product exchanges within Greece, the total cost is €4.99.
- For product exchanges to Cyprus, the total shipping cost for the new products is €4.99 for standard shipping and €14.99 for Express shipping.
REFUND

Your refund will be processed within 15 days from the return/receipt of your order.
In this case, you will be charged with the return and handling costs of your order, which is €9.99. The refund will be made to the bank account (IBAN) indicated by the customer.
In the event of returning products via Box Now, and only if they were originally delivered by the same company, the refund processing fee is €5.00.
International Order Returns:
Due to the high cost of shipping, squareshop.gr does not provide free returns for orders outside of Greece. The return shipping costs are borne by the person making the return. It is clarified that the product must be in excellent condition as received. It is also noted that the original shipping cost is not credited.
